Who You’re Helping
Your donation will directly benefit individuals who have faced sexual, physical, or psychological abuse—people who have withdrawn from society, feel isolated, and struggle with stepping outside their homes due to feelings of shame, fear, or unworthiness. For many of these survivors, these painful experiences have led to isolation, anxiety, depression, and a reluctance to step outside of their comfort zones. The emotional toll of abuse can often feel insurmountable, and many feel they have no support system to turn to for help. Our fitness programs are designed to help them rebuild their confidence and sense of belonging—whether they choose to work out at home or in a local gym.

Regular exercise is scientifically proven to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD by promoting the release of chemicals like endorphins and serotonin—natural mood boosters that can significantly improve mental health. Your donation will help provide access to our 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month weight loss and body transformation programs, with full support from our experienced fitness coaches. We will provide them with the tools, encouragement, and support to get moving, improve their mental health, and build a healthier lifestyle.

How Your Donation Will Be Used
Your generous donation will help cover some associated costs for us to continue providing access to fitness programs to individuals who need fitness support but can't afford it. By contributing, you’ll help us provide life-changing opportunities for those who have faced traumatic experiences, guiding them on their path to healing through fitness and coaching. We call these free-of-costs programs, scholarships.
Personalized Coaching & Ongoing Support
When you donate or become a sponsor, you help us provide access to one-on-one fitness coaching that is tailored to their specific needs, goals, and current fitness level. This includes:
- Customized Fitness Plans: Whether they prefer to work out at home, in a home gym, or a local gym, we’ll create a program that fits their life.
- Check-Ins with Their Coach: Participants will have regular check-ins to track progress, address challenges, and adjust the plan as needed. These check-ins are an essential part of the journey, providing a touchstone for progress and accountability.
- Daily Access to Their Coach: While they’ll have a formal check-in each week, their coach will be available daily to provide support, answer questions, adjust plans, and offer motivation—ensuring the individual feels supported at every step of the way.
Building Healthy Habits with the App
In addition to personalized fitness coaching, participants have access to a fitness app, which is an invaluable tool for building and maintaining healthy habits. The app helps participants:
- Track Their Progress: From workout logs to health goals, the app allows individuals to see how far they've come and celebrate small victories.
- Stay Accountable: Regular reminders will help them stay on track with workouts, rest, and other wellness tasks like hydration.
- Develop Consistent, Healthy Habits: The app encourages positive behaviors such as drinking water regularly, logging meals, and making small, sustainable changes to their daily routine that promote a healthier lifestyle.
The app creates a seamless way for participants to stay engaged with their fitness journey, helping them develop habits that stick, with the full support of their coach every step of the way.
Affordable, Life-Changing Support
Your donation helps us provide free personalized fitness coaching, ongoing support, and access to the app, making this program far more affordable than most fitness programs. To put it into perspective:
- The average person spends $20 or more per day on everyday expenses like coffee, lunch, or takeout.
- To have an idea, a $10 donation helps us provide a one-day guided fitness routine of 15-mins to 1 hour, for one participant. We cover the rest! That is more than 90% off compared to other fitness programs in your area.
- Your contribution will help us continue to provide a complete fitness and wellness program, with direct coaching and access to a comprehensive app—a value that would typically cost $50-$200 per personal training session in most of our communities.
